As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, Ms. Litherland leads the high-volume recruiting efforts for AM TRACE.
Ms. Litherland brings over 15 years of progressive experience leading Talent Acquisition within the healthcare setting. She has experience in small to large organizations, with both for-profit and non-profit hospitals, magnet-designated hospitals, and one of the nation’s largest dialysis providers. She has extensive experience designing and executing data driven recruitment solutions to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements. Ms. Litherland is driven by the belief that people are an organization’s biggest asset. Therefore, she strives to recruit the best talent, while providing an excellent candidate experience and a strong focus on retention.
Ms. Litherland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, with a minor in Human Resources, from Purdue University. She also holds the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
