As a member of TRACE leadership, Dr. Orlea ensures that the appropriate strategies and relationships are in place to build alliances elevating the field of Public Health, addressing the current COVID-19 response and beyond in community settings.
Equipped with a Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University and having achieved standing as a Doctor of Philosophy, a broad understanding of Public Health and Public Policy Administration built a firm foundation reinforced by service. With nearly 20 years in an executive-level in government, Chris encountered and rose to, many challenges faced by communities. With a rooted background in NIMS/ICS structure, supported by credentialing, he is ready to understand and dive into opportunities presented by agencies serving the public.
With a passion for the outdoors and enjoying life with his wife and son, Chris is a long-time participant and advocate of community health that will ensure aligned visions lead projects to and beyond their planned objective.
