Ms. Utley creates customized training programs to meet the needs of AM TRACE’s diverse workforce, and administers the Learning Management System to bring the right learning at the right time to AM TRACE associates. She brings 20 years of Training and Development experience to her role, with 10 years specializing in the healthcare industry. This includes training both front-line and support healthcare staff, post-training coaching and support, project management, workflow analysis, curriculum development, and assessing training effectiveness. She has developed and delivered onboarding experiences, professional development programs, and instructor-led and online learning programs.
Ms. Utley created curriculum and led training teams as a Healthcare IT consultant on multiple implementation projects throughout the United States, including University of Washington Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospitals, and IU Health. She served as adjunct faculty for Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis School of Education and is certified in H.I.T. from Cincinnati State. She completed her Masters degree in Education at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
