Ms. Tandoi joins the AM TRACE team as a Jr. Data Analyst. Prior to joining AM TRACE, she received her MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, her BSc in Behavioral & Community Health from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Certificate in Data Visualization from the University of Washington, Seattle. For three years, Ms. Tandoi worked for Health Security Partners – a global health nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. – where she managed two international fellowship programs in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and worked to strengthen laboratories across Pakistan. Ms. Tandoi also assisted in the development and implementation of the ‘Workshop on Anthrax: Strengthening Outbreak Detection, Reporting, and Response Using a One Health Approach’ in Indonesia, which brought together representatives from provincial government departments and security personnel to discuss endemic anthrax outbreaks in the region and the potential for bioterrorism. Ms. Tandoi is a passionate public health professional with an affinity for data collection and reporting, and she is excited to contribute to controlling the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
